2. Engineering Services

Project scope, timelines, and pricing for software, IoT, automation, and embedded systems work are agreed separately with each client before work begins. Details shared through our contact form are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Academy Enrollment

• You must provide accurate information — including a valid email address — when creating a student account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Course access, schedules, and material availability are managed by ARC XENYX and may be updated as courses evolve.
• Enrollment does not guarantee a specific outcome, certification, or job placement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or Academy platform — including attempting to access another student's account, disrupting the service, or submitting false information during enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum content, branding, and website content belong to ARC XENYX unless otherwise stated. Course materials are for your personal learning use and may not be redistributed or resold.

6. Limitation of Liability

ARC XENYX provides its website, services, and courses on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
